‘Cool Kids’ offers Breakfast Club and after school care during school term time and is run by our staff.
Please note on the days the school finishes early at 1.15pm for the end of a term, there will be NO After School Cool kids that day.
Opening times for 'Cool Kids' Breakfast Club from Monday to Friday:
7.45am -830am at £4.25 per day (paid via Parentpay)
8.00am - 830am at £3.25 per day (paid via Parentpay)
Your child will be given a healthy breakfast of cereal or toast and milk or water. They will be taken to the classroom to join the other children coming into school at 8.30am.
We have a maximum number of 10 pupils (per club) we can book into Breakfast Club and After school club
We get fully booked very quickly, please email admin@st-johns.gloucs.sch.uk with the Childs name , class and the dates and times you require to be booked and the school office will confirm the booking.
Opening times for after school care – ‘Cool Kids’ from Monday to Friday
3.15 - 4.15pm at £4.50 (paid via Parentpay)
3.15 - 5.00pm at £7.50 (paid via Parentpay)
3.15 - 5.30pm at £10.00
Late collection charge after 5.30pm is £5.00 for every 15 minutes late.
Sessions can be booked via the School Office. Please inform the School Office of dates you require for each term and how long you wish the bookings to run for.
Please DO NOT ASSUME YOUR CHILD HAS A PLACE, UNLESS THE PLACE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE.
Payment is requested in advance of your child attending a session. If you book a session and no longer require it, please cancel it with 24 HOURS NOTICE due to demand you will still be charged for the session if we have not been notified.
If your account runs in to debt, we will not be able to offer your child a place until the balance has been paid.
